Shaun Alexander is a Hervey Bay local who has been keeping homes and businesses safe on the Fraser Coast for over 13 years.

From small beginnings as an apprentice, Shaun has always had aspirations of owning his own locksmith business, which became reality when Concept Locksmiths opened on June 6, 2009.

Shaun believes that excellent customer service is the key to any businesses success and hopes to form a strong relationship with clients, both old and new, in the future.

And because Concept Locksmiths is a mobile service, Shaun doesn't have any shop front costs, which is given back to the customer with very competitive prices.

Concept Locksmiths is a member of the Master Locksmiths Association of Australasia and the Queensland Master Builders Association. We\'re also associated with Mid Coast Security.
